Founded in 2013, MC Plan & Site Services is a well-established Registered Building Control Approver licensed by the Building Safety Regulator to act in England and Wales. With a highly-experienced team of Registered Building Inspectors and an efficient, customer-focused Business Support team, we ensure your experience is stress-free and runs in a timely manner from the initial submission of your application through to being issued with your final certificate.
What we do at the heart of MC Plan
As a Registered Building Control Approver, our primary role is ensuring that your project is compliant with the Building Regulations, whether that is a new build house, offices being converted to flats, an extension or refurbishment of your own home, or a larger scale housing project.
Our role can start from the pre-application phase, where we can offer feedback on the proposed project to ensure compliance with the Building Regulations from an early phase.
Once an application has been submitted, our Business Support team will ensure that the application is processed efficiently. Once you’re on-site, our team of Building Inspectors will work with all parties involved to ensure the construction phase runs as smoothly as possible.
Visiting sites at a series of key stages throughout the project to ensure the build is compliant with the Building Regulations and being built in a safe manner. This will include identifying any non-compliant areas and helping to rectify them before a final certificate is issued.
