Why join us
Founded in 2013, MC Plan & Site Services has grown into a well-established independent Registered Building Control Approver licensed by the Building Safety Regulator. We were the first organisation in the UK to register with the Health & Safety Executive as an RBCA when the regulations changed in 2024.
Our inspectors are positioned across the country and are supported from our office in Poole. Every project is given a designated Lead Inspector and a named member of the Business Support team, so the people here work closely together rather than in isolation.
We are ISO 9001 registered and a Chartered Building Company with the Chartered Institute of Building, and our inspectors hold registrations from 2A through to 3H — so there is scope to train, progress and take on more complex work.

Poole office, full time. Managing Building Control applications from first submission through to final certificate, working alongside a team of Inspectors.
