We can provide contact details or links to allow you to contact several warranty providers directly to discuss your Warranty needs.  As one of their partnered Approved Inspectors we can carry out their audit visits and your Building Control visits together, saving you time.  The Warranty Certificates will be issued to you directly by your chosen Warranty Provider shortly after we have issued your Final Building Control Certificates and you have satisfactorily responded to any outstanding remediation items required by them.
