Assistant Inspection Surveyor position

MC Plan and Site Services, est. 2013, is an Independent Building Control Consultancy company, providing a competitively priced alternative Building Control Service. Based in the Bournemouth and Poole areas, we are licensed and regulated by the Construction Industry Council (CIC) to carry out the Building Control Service throughout England and Wales.

Our fully trained and highly experienced members of staff, are able to give expert advice in all aspects of Building Control Service, in relation to both the private and commercial sectors.

We are currently looking for a motivated individual with a passionate desire to work within the Construction Industry. We can offer you a dynamic environment where learning and career progression is one of our key principles.

If successful you will be working alongside highly skilled members of staff on all types of projects ranging from domestic, commercial, high rise and new build construction.

The successful candidate will be expected to have good people skills, self-discipline, high levels of time management and expected to work on own initiative. Day to day activities will include assessments of architectural plans and site surveys.
