DORSET based Independent Building Control Company, MC Plan & Site Services, are proud to be working with Juno Developments on another high-end restoration project.
The works are transforming the old Police Training Centre within the beautifully located Royal Victoria Country Park at Netley Abbey, into two bedroom, luxury homes.
Throughout the build, MC Plan & Site Services Ltd and the team at Juno have been working in partnership ensuring the build of these new dwellings are of the highest standard throughout, to provide a unique development of 30 homes set within the 200 acre Royal Victoria Country Park.
The project is nearing completion and a number of dwellings are coming together and being signed off.
Juno director, Eddie Hill, said some traffic calming measures have been put in place, to include rumble strips, as the residents of Hound Road were concerned about the increase in traffic. "These have been installed where Hound Road ends and the Royal Victoria Country Park starts."
Eddie said the character of the buildings have been retained and the green space outside has been improved for community use.
"This has been a great project to work on and to see the buildings coming back to their former glory. We are now looking forward to seeing them occupied," Mr Hill added.
Mark Cook, MD of MC Plan and Site Services said: “The development known as Osborne Quarters is a fantastic project, seeing an old and unloved building being restored to provide much needed homes in the area. The breath of life it has now received will ensure it’s a great place to live, in a lovely location.”
